How

  1. Open BitRaster and drag your .ase or .aseprite file onto the canvas.
  2. Pick the frame you want on the timeline.
  3. Export → Image, choose PNG, and save.

Worth knowing

PNG keeps full 8-bit alpha, so soft edges and partial transparency survive exactly. You can scale the export by an integer factor on the way out, which is a nearest-neighbour upscale rather than a blur.
